Yet, not all happiness quotes are good, and there are not-so-famous quotes that should be mentioned more. Therefore, as a happiness coach, I have personally gathered and reviewed many hundreds happiness quotes, focusing only on 100 best happiness quotes, only included those which I believe to be the most accurate and beneficial to anyone wants to be happier.

Lucius Annaeus Seneca the Younger (4 BC – 65 AD) was a Roman Stoic philosopher, statesman, dramatist, and satirist. Seneca was born in Cordoba in Hispania and was raised in Rome, where he received training in rhetoric and philosophy. During the rule of Emperor Claudius, Seneca was exiled to the island of Corsica but was allowed to return when he was 49 and was appointed as tutor to Nero.
