Why Your Disagreement Is Your Path to Happiness

Why I write this blog

My next words are the result of several discussions, which may sound ambiguous on one side, yet hold something valuable and universal on the other: salvation from unhappiness, and the path to happiness.

As such, my life, career, blogging, book writing, coaching business, and perpetual desire to be coached are driven by a specific goal—not being enough and not having enough. In other words, I’m not satisfied with how things are, and I’m constantly looking for ways to change them.

The argument can be made that we are never complete as human beings and therefore will never reach a moment where we have everything. However, I feel like we don’t live in a perfect world where things are structured correctly for us to take a week, a year, or a life off to enjoy peace and tranquility.

In other words, something is going seriously wrong in most people’s lives—enough for them to want to do something about it. And the reason you’re here reading this may be a sign that, deep inside, you agree with me. The same applies to me: I’m not satisfied. I’ve been found lacking, suffering, and wanting.

This led me on an intellectual pursuit to find a better life—something I’ve excelled in and continue to excel at. I’ve written a book, am writing another, maintain a blog with 450+ posts, run a happiness coaching program, and have found a formula for unconditional and universal happiness. This is something most people want, but few have achieved. Yet the problem remains.

We live in the most technologically advanced society this world has ever seen. If there were ever enough tools to be happy today and forever, it is now. Contrarily, the mental health epidemic is said to be at its all-time worst—and only getting worse.

In the middle of all this, people write to me saying, “I don’t agree with you about this or that,” and I say, “This is exactly why you are unhappy.” I’m not trying to be mean, but what got us here won’t get us to the next step. Most people are products of the society we live in, so their opinions and results reflect the times we live in. However, if you want more and different, we must move away from what’s considered mundane and normal. If it were to work, it would have worked already—for far more people than it has.

So, if you’re suffering and disagreeing with me, it’s a good sign. Your disagreement is the root of the problem, and this is probably exactly where the most growth can come from.

I write about things that some—or most—people don’t agree with: a formula for unconditional happiness to be happy today and forever. I say it’s possible for virtually everyone, regardless of conditions—who you are, where you’re from, or your life circumstances. While this may sound too good to be true, impossible, or even delusional, it is also true. My results and those of my students—who’ve claimed similar titles—are evidence of this.

If you’ve read this far, it’s likely you want more happiness in your life. That’s another word for fewer negative emotions, more fulfillment, better quality of life, greater well-being, and overall more enjoyment.

And it’s all possible, too. As one saying goes, if one person can do it, others can too. The formula for happiness is found in the pages of this website, my books, and my programs. Now it all depends on you—how fast you want results. Simply put, the blog is the slowest yet free way to achieve them. The book is cheap but more effective. And private coaching is more expensive, but against the quality of life and human potential you can achieve, it’s only a smart investment.

I genuinely wish you happiness.

“The problem is that of optimization,” states Roman Russo, author of Optimal Happiness: The Fastest & Surest Way To Reach Your Happiest Potential. There is plenty of advice on how to be happier or less sad, but no one is speaking about how to become the happiest we can be. And this is the difference that makes all the difference. By not looking at our maximum potential for happiness, we fall short of achieving it. After all, we all have hundreds of ideas on how to be happier or less sad, but most people still feel like they are not living their best lives. As such, Optimal Happiness explores the question of how to be the happiest we can be, regardless of who we are, where we are from, and what our life circumstances are. It proposes a complete and unconditional formula for happiness and explains how you too can become happy today and forever, inviting you to join the 1% happiness elite and become one of the happiest people alive.
