Life is full of challenges and negativity. But all forms of negative thinking (fear, stress, depression, etc.) will prevent you from doing what you ultimately want or need to do, and this process is accumulative. The more you give in to negativity, the less positive things you will want to do.
The cure for negativity is found, of course, in pushing through, to do the “right” action regardless of how you feel, sometimes especially because you feel bad. This is because solutions to our problems are found in action, instead of negative stagnation. Moreover, the more “right” actions we do, the more “right” actions we want to do, so this process is also accumulative.
To this point, I have developed a kick in the butt technique which essentially reminds yourself on a regular basis to do the right thing, thinking about why we aren’t doing something that we are ultimately supposed to be doing. This is because on a regular basis we will move away from the road we need to walk, and it is our job to get back on the right path as soon as possible.
Overall, I don’t have much more to say regarding this other than repeating myself or saying things in some other colorful way. I will say this, though. If you feel bad today and despite your numerous efforts to get on the right path, you still need someone to keep you accountable or help you find the right road then I can help you do it. It is my job to help you do it. So don’t hesitate, contact me for help. You won’t be the first or last person who will need help, but waiting and trying to figure out how everything works can be too costly in terms of the time, money, and opportunities to get further in your life’s journey.
Stay positive!
