3 Must-See YouTube Videos That Will Change Your Life

In my one-on-one coaching, I often recommend different tools to help clients with their unique challenges. Besides must-read books, I also recommend videos, which they can watch for free on YouTube. Today, I decided to share the top 3 YouTube videos I recommend to my clients over and over again:

1. Food That Kills with Dr. Michael Klaper

This video made me stop eating meat. The main message of this video is that eating meat is bad for you (not to mention for animals and environment). If you are still eating meat, I highly recommend you watch this video, as I can’t stress how much better your life will become after you make this transition.

To supplement this video, you can also watch the documentary Cowspiracy (2014), which is also available on YouTube.

2. A Tale of Two Brains with Mark Gungor

This video will help you understand the opposite gender. Unlike the other videos, this video is funny, instructive, and on point!

This is a short video version of 13m34s. You can find a full 4h42m26s version of this video also on YouTube, but I like to start people off with a short video to convince them that it is worth a while looking at the whole movie.

3. Nonviolent Communication with Marshall Rosenberg

The world could be a better place for everyone if only we could learn to communicate with each other in a non-violent way. Many people find this video a bit dull, but highly instructional, which is why it is also a must-see video of my series.

Once again, the above video is only 12m28s. For a full version of this course, I recommend seeing the full 3h05m57s movie

Lastly…

Please let me know if you already know these videos, if you liked watching them, or if you have any other videos that inspired you!

“The problem is that of optimization,” states Roman Russo, author of Optimal Happiness: The Fastest & Surest Way To Reach Your Happiest Potential. There is plenty of advice on how to be happier or less sad, but no one is speaking about how to become the happiest we can be. And this is the difference that makes all the difference. By not looking at our maximum potential for happiness, we fall short of achieving it. After all, we all have hundreds of ideas on how to be happier or less sad, but most people still feel like they are not living their best lives. As such, Optimal Happiness explores the question of how to be the happiest we can be, regardless of who we are, where we are from, and what our life circumstances are. It proposes a complete and unconditional formula for happiness and explains how you too can become happy today and forever, inviting you to join the 1% happiness elite and become one of the happiest people alive.
