Live Your Life So Fully You Collapse Sleeping

A great test to see whether you are living your life to your fullest potential is to see how you go to sleep. Specifically:

Too Much Energy Before Sleeping

If you have too much energy at night, it means that you probably didn’t spend enough of it during the day. The solution for this is to start doing activities, mental or physical, which would drain you so you can collapse sleeping.

Too Stressed You Can’t Sleep

Often, people report that they can’t sleep because they have too many things on their mind. In this case, I recommend doing so much during the day to address these (or other) issues, so that you know that you could not have done more. In this case, when people know that they gave their absolute best, they fall asleep like babies, even if the causes of concern are not addressed (as they usually are, simply because there is always plenty to worry about), then the person will have a good nights rest and probably wake up ready to repeat the previous days’ experience.

Exhaustion Versus Fulfillment

The wrong way to collapse sleeping is to be exhausted by doing the wrong tasks. Certainly, there are some chores we need to do regardless of whether we are motivated to do them or not. Still, if your life is a never-ending list of chores, then you are not doing it right, since we always should find to

time to do what we like/want to do. In other words, there should be some sense of progress in our lives in order to live a fulfilled and happy life.

Early Bird vs Night Owl

Of course, this technique may not work for everyone, as there are some night owls among us, who get the most energetic and inspired towards the evening. Respectfully, as an early bird myself, I don’t know what it means to be a night owl or how they operate. Still, I’m sure that if you do this technique right, you will have a very productive and therefore happy existence.
